Key Account Manager Foodservice & Industrial Accounts

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to lead Foodservice and Industrial accounts across New Zealand. Based in Newmarket, Auckland, you will work in a hybrid model—three days in the office and two days remote—within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account‑specific business plans, measuring performance against set targets.
• Identify, pursue and secure new accounts in the foodservice and industrial sectors.
• Negotiate and formalise agreements that align with company policies and budgets.
• Communicate standards and commitments to field teams and ensure operational implementation.
• Partner with internal units to create tailored product solutions for key accounts.
• Monitor compliance with agreements and take corrective actions when needed.
• Adhere to Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Ethical policies.

Required profile

• Strong background in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) with experience handling large retailers.
• Proven negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Positive, resilient, proactive problem‑solver who works well within a team.
• University degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
