Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

Keith Andrews Trucks is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead relationships with its most important commercial vehicle clients in the Manukau region. You will act as the primary liaison, understanding client needs and delivering tailored transport solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships across multiple levels of key client organisations.
• Create and execute account strategies to meet sales targets and identify new growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, dealers and international partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts and reviews for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the automotive or transport sector.
• Strategic, results‑driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical approach with the capacity to turn data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
