About the role
The Doggery is a specialist dog care facility in New Zealand, dedicated to high‑need and post‑surgical canines. The Kennel Assistant provides hands‑on care in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily care, feeding and enrichment for high‑need dogs.
- Assist with post‑surgical recovery, monitoring health and administering prescribed treatments.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in canine care or similar animal‑welfare settings.
- Strong dedication and passion for caring for dogs with special needs.
