Junior UI Designer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Junior UI Designer to create clean, modern, and conversion‑focused landing pages for English‑speaking markets. The role is fully remote and emphasizes mobile‑first design, responsive desktop layouts, and strong accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design mobile‑first and responsive landing pages tailored for English‑speaking audiences.
• Apply clear, accessible typography and visual hierarchy to maximise conversion and trust.
• Deliver calm, modern visuals that avoid generic startup gradients or overused trends.
• Organise Figma files for efficient developer handoff and collaboration.
• Collaborate with provided briefs, copy, and technical specs to ensure design alignment.
• Create two hero‑section variants for A/B testing as part of a paid test assignment.
• Communicate design rationale and iterate based on feedback.
• Optionally contribute to development using Next.js and Vercel if experienced.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing landing pages for English‑language or Western markets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile‑first and responsive web design.
• Expertise in Figma, including file organisation for development.
• Deep understanding of accessibility, UX best practices, and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to deliver calm, trustworthy, modern visual styles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability for a paid test assignment and potential ongoing work.
