Junior Podcast Editor (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Podcast Editor to join our remote team. You will help produce high‑quality video podcasts and supporting multimedia content that educates and engages audiences on mental health and parenting topics.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce 2‑4 video podcasts each month, ensuring professional audio and visual quality.
• Create short, compelling video clips for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Design graphics and visual assets to accompany scheduled content releases.
• Manage and schedule social‑media posts to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas aligned with mental‑health and parenting themes.

Required profile

• Proficiency with video‑editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience creating content for major social‑media platforms.
• Strong graphic‑design abilities using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar.
• Understanding of mental‑health topics and sensitivity to related issues.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to meet regular monthly deliverables.
