Key responsibilities

• Participate in pair‑programming and swarming sessions to deliver high‑quality code.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of full‑stack applications.
• Integrate AI tooling into daily development workflows and help improve its safe usage.
• Collaborate closely with peers, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
• Continuously reflect on and improve engineering processes and system architecture.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of software development experience or a recent graduate with strong fundamentals.
• Curious, self‑motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in an environment that values transparency, teamwork, and continuous growth.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development experience (frontend and backend).
• Familiarity with AI tooling and its integration into development pipelines.
