IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a junior to intermediate IT Support Engineer to provide day‑to‑day internal technical support for Fingermark’s global team. Based in Hastings, you will be the primary point of contact for end‑user assistance, device management and access provisioning while also supporting onboarding, off‑boarding, network operations and security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the core contact for end‑user support, troubleshooting hardware, software and access issues across multiple time zones.
• Manage device fleets (macOS and Windows), deploy updates, and oversee MDM, patching and fleet‑management tools.
• Handle user directory administration in Google Workspace, Azure AD or Entra ID, including access provisioning and de‑provisioning.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding workflows, office network maintenance, workflow automation and SOC 2/ISO security compliance.

Required profile

• Prior experience in IT support, service‑desk operations or systems administration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tickets and manage a varied workload across global locations.
• Patient, helpful attitude with good organisational detail.

Required skills

• Google Workspace administration.
• Azure AD / Entra ID management.
• macOS and Windows device support.
• MDM, device deployment, patching and fleet‑management tools.
• Automated onboarding/off‑boarding workflow experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations.
• Understanding of SOC 2 or ISO compliance frameworks.
