IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a practical, service‑focused IT Support Analyst to join our ICT team in Wellington CBD. You will provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 support to staff across the IHC Group, helping them get the most out of technology every day.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to day‑to‑day ICT issues, service requests and user access queries.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, peripherals and business applications.
• Document fixes, keep users informed and escalate complex problems when required.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and follow agreed ICT procedures.
• Contribute to a reliable, consistent ICT support experience for the organisation.

Required profile

• Clear, calm communication skills and a solutions‑focused attitude.
• Confidence managing support requests, prioritising work and escalating issues appropriately.

Required skills

• Experience in a Service Desk or desktop support environment.
• Proficiency with laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and common business applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure and user access administration.
• Familiarity with ICT security practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune or Workspace ONE is an advantage.
