IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a practical, service‑focused IT Support Analyst to join the ICT team at IHC Group. The role provides Level 1 and Level 2 support to staff across the organisation, helping them get the most out of their technology.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to day‑to‑day ICT issues, service requests and incidents for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Support user access, Microsoft 365 applications and business systems, documenting fixes and keeping users informed.
• Escalate complex problems to senior specialists while maintaining accurate ticket records.
• Prioritise and manage support requests in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of ICT procedures and knowledge base.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Service Desk, desktop support or similar ICT support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across Windows devices and common business applications.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure and ICT security practices.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and clear communication skills.
