IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a practical, service‑focused IT Support Analyst to join our ICT team. You will deliver responsive Level 1 and Level 2 support to staff across the IHC Group, helping them get the most out of technology in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day ICT support for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365, Windows, business applications and user access.
• Maintain and update Microsoft Active Directory, Azure and ICT security settings.
• Log, prioritize and resolve tickets in ServiceNow, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Document fixes, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of ICT processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Service Desk, desktop support or similar ICT support role.
• Strong attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset.
• Clear, calm communication skills with a solutions‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage support requests, keep accurate ticket notes and prioritize work effectively.
