IT Engineer – Modern Workplace & Provisioning

About the role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to join DLA Piper’s cloud‑first team in Auckland. The role focuses on modern workplace solutions, supporting Microsoft 365 and Intune, and helping to drive innovation across the firm’s technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and security settings.
• Deploy, manage and troubleshoot Intune for device enrollment, compliance and application delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement modern cloud technologies that improve productivity and security.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users and internal IT staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and documentation of best practices.

Required profile

• Strong interest in modern workplace technologies and cloud‑based solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
