Investment Operations Specialist

About the role

As an Investment Operations Specialist in Customer Operations, you will ensure the smooth administration of KiwiSaver and Investment Fund products. You will support new customers, process withdrawals, and maintain ongoing account accuracy while delivering a seamless, compliant customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process KiwiSaver and Investment Fund applications, meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Handle withdrawal requests (first‑home, hardship, retirement) with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain account data integrity through updates, administrative requests, and routine maintenance.
• Resolve customer and stakeholder queries, providing clear and timely communication.
• Follow policies, identify and manage risks, and protect both customers and the bank.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and continuous operational excellence.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services, operations, or administration (KiwiSaver experience desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process work accurately.
• Customer‑focused mindset with good communication skills.
• Sound judgement and ability to manage risk in day‑to‑day decisions.
