Inventory & Replenishment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Inventory & Replenishment Consultant to join our fast‑growing supply‑chain consulting practice. You will work with clients in Melbourne or Brisbane to implement, configure and optimise warehouse management and demand‑forecasting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, enhancement and maintenance of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and/or RELEX solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements from supply‑chain and warehouse stakeholders.
• Configure system settings to match business needs and participate in solution design.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression and user‑acceptance testing (UAT).
• Investigate issues, coordinate resolution with technical teams and support post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Monitor system performance, recommend continuous improvements and prepare training materials.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in supply‑chain, warehouse management, demand planning or retail technology.
• Hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of inventory, warehouse and demand‑planning processes.
• Proven track record delivering system implementations, enhancements and production support.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
