Inventory Planner (Audio)

About the role

JB Hi-Fi is looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Planner to join the Audio Buying Team. If you love retail, enjoy solving problems and want to help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Create inventory plans for daily operations, product launches and promotions.
• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier relationships.
• Analyse sales trends and forecast demand.
• Support stores with inventory queries and resolve stock issues.
• Identify shortages, plan recoveries and communicate updates.
• Maintain master data for items, vendors and pricing.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing and online teams.

Required profile

• Passionate about retail and the audio product category.
• Creative problem‑solver with a proactive attitude.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling large data sets.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external liaison.
