Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our high‑performing warehouse operations team in Auckland. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain system integrity and support efficient day‑to‑day activities within our distribution centre.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages and variances.
• Monitor inbound, put‑away and picking accuracy.
• Analyse data and provide insights to improve performance.
• Support daily reporting, reconciliations and workflow monitoring.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse or 3PL environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and engage stakeholders effectively.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and high data accuracy.
• LF/LO forklift licence.
