About the role
We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Internal Phone Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers through phone‑based engagement. You will drive sales performance, build strong relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of customers via outbound and inbound phone interactions.
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a consistent customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- At least 12 months of solution‑sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
