About the role
Skills Group is seeking an Industry Trainer – Real Estate to support online learner cohorts on a flexible remote contract. You will guide participants through their qualification journey, providing both pastoral and academic assistance to ensure successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide pastoral care and engagement support to multiple learner cohorts.
- Mark assessments, deliver constructive feedback, and facilitate weekly cohort sessions.
- Respond to learner queries regarding assessments, deadlines, and study requirements.
- Monitor progress, identify learners needing additional support, and manage extensions.
- Prepare monthly reports on learner outcomes, progress, and challenges for the Delivery Lead.
Required profile
- Level 4 Real Estate qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in learner support, training, coaching, or education.
- Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage several cohorts simultaneously.
- Empathetic, supportive, and learner‑focused approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
