Identity and Access Management Consultant – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking a technically sharp Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will design, implement and optimise IAM solutions, ensuring secure interaction between users, systems and applications across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain IAM processes such as user provisioning, transfers, terminations and access right verification.
• Develop and manage role‑based access control (RBAC) models and authorisation matrices for key enterprise systems.
• Identify, implement and remediate segregation of duties (SoD) requirements.
• Administer and support Access Management solutions, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
• Manage privileged access management (PAM) controls across critical infrastructure.
• Conduct regular security profile monitoring, access reviews and drive timely remediation of anomalies.
• Collaborate with system and application owners to resolve identity and access issues.
• Define minimum security standards, produce compliance reporting and support legal/regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on IAM experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of PAM controls and platforms.
• Proven expertise in RBAC, access governance frameworks and SoD implementation.
• Experience with Change Management and ITIL processes.
