ICT Graduate – Rotational Programme

About the role

Join Fisher & Paykel Healthcare as an ICT Graduate and rotate across key technology teams, including Network Infrastructure, Production Line Support and Cloud Applications. You will work from a Service Desk Operations hub, gaining exposure to an FDA‑regulated environment and industry‑leading ICT tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support network infrastructure and production line IT systems.
• Assist with cloud‑based application deployments and upgrades.
• Provide first‑line service desk support to internal users worldwide.
• Participate in business improvement projects and hands‑on project work.
• Maintain endpoint computer systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Recent tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 0–2 years experience in ICT customer service or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset.
