Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Jack Link's is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its APAC team in Auckland. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing and operations leaders, helping to translate the people strategy into everyday practice and fostering a safe, engaged, high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Implement APAC HR policies and processes, championing best practice across the business.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for New Zealand operations, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Support performance management, development and capability-building initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to improve team member engagement and strengthen people management practices.
• Assist Health & Safety programmes and risk-management processes, promoting a safety-first culture.
• Provide reporting and insights on recruitment, health & safety and people metrics.
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation, health & safety requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment relations legislation and workplace practices.
• Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or food-production environments.
• Proactive, relationship-focused and comfortable partnering with frontline teams and senior leaders.
