Key responsibilities
- Manage employment relations issues and provide advice
- Oversee performance management and disciplinary processes
- Handle absenteeism and medical incapacity procedures
- Draft employment agreements and HR policies
- Support restructures and consultation processes
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
- Conduct HR compliance audits
- Administer health & safety documentation
- Provide client advisory and relationship management
Required profile
- Passionate about HR and employment relations
- Confident communicator with employers and employees
- Professional handling of sensitive situations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
