About the role

Join the Kingsgate Hotel team in Paihia as a Part‑time Housekeeping Supervisor. You will lead a dedicated housekeeping crew to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms are cleaned to brand standards.
• Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, manage attendance and allocate tasks.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas, reporting any issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, health & safety protocols, and guest service expectations.
• Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality housekeeping environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering spotless results.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site part‑time according to the hotel’s operating hours.
