About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendants to join our team at The Sebel Auckland Manukau. In this role you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to a memorable stay for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms, including dusting, making beds, and bathroom sanitation.
- Remove soiled linen and retrieve fresh linen from the linen closets.
- Vacuum carpets, clean inside windows, and replenish rooms with necessary supplies.
- Maintain adherence to departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests at all times.
Required profile
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Positive “can‑do” attitude with high level of physical fitness.
- Responsible, mature, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, both individually and as part of a team.
