About the role

Ignitions Group is looking for enthusiastic individuals with a hospitality background who are ready to transition into sales and marketing. No prior experience in sales is required – we provide mentorship and a supportive environment to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply your customer‑service skills to support sales initiatives and client interactions.
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with campaign preparation, event coordination and travel logistics.
  • Participate in domestic and international travel opportunities to represent the agency.
  • Contribute to a fun, results‑driven workplace while learning industry best practices.

Required profile

  • Strong hospitality experience with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Motivation to learn sales and marketing fundamentals.
  • Willingness to work on‑site in Grey Lynn, Auckland.
