About the role

Lead the construction of a 7,000 sqm private hospital in West Auckland for the owner, overseeing a two‑year schedule and a pipeline of future projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of the hospital build, ensuring quality, safety and timeline compliance.
Build and lead a delivery team reporting directly to you.
Coordinate with the owner and stakeholders to align project objectives.
