About the role

Based in Christchurch, Triple0 Medical is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to grow its primary‑care market. The role blends sales, business development and candidate sourcing to support GP clinics and other healthcare providers across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with GP clinics, healthcare providers and professionals.
• Proactively source candidates for locum and permanent positions.
• Conduct cold‑calls and outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from interview to placement.
• Monitor workforce trends in NZ, Australia, the United Kingdom and other markets.
• Provide market insights to clients and candidates.
