About the role
Join a supportive team delivering personal care to residents across the Christchurch region. This casual position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while balancing studies or exploring a career in aged care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents under the guidance of Registered Nurses.
- Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by following care standards and procedures.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a similar role.
- Compassionate nature with genuine empathy for older adults.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts.
