Head of Quality (Global)

About the role

Enatel is seeking a Head of Quality (Global) to lead the evolution of quality across its rapidly expanding international business. This senior leader will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to embed quality into product design, engineering, operations and supply‑chain decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and drive Enatel’s global quality strategy and operating model.
• Establish and scale a global Quality Management System (QMS) with clear governance and accountability.
• Embed quality upstream in engineering, product development, change control and supply‑chain processes.
• Monitor enterprise‑wide quality performance using KPIs and leading indicators to manage risk and reduce cost of poor quality.
• Support product launches, customer requirements and market expansion through proactive quality planning.
• Build and develop a high‑performing global quality function, fostering capability and consistent execution across regions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality at scale in manufacturing, engineering or similarly complex multi‑site environments.
• Demonstrated success designing and embedding global QMS frameworks.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence across senior leadership.
