Head of Content – Marketing Leadership

About the role

The Head of Content will lead the planning, creation and management of all key content across the company’s website and external channels. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will ensure consistent messaging that aligns with brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content strategy that supports overall marketing and business goals.
• Create and manage an annual and quarterly content calendar covering campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Oversee creation, editing and publishing of website content, articles, landing pages, emails and external posts.
• Ensure all content is accurate, on‑brand, compliant and optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Maintain content guidelines, tone of voice and templates to standardise production.
• Coordinate messaging across websites, social media, email, partner sites and other distribution outlets.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate complex information into clear, customer‑friendly content.
• Review and approve key content pieces for quality, consistency and legal compliance.
• Monitor performance using basic analytics and implement data‑informed improvements.
• Manage internal writers, designers and external agencies to deliver content on time and to standard.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or editorial roles.
• Proven track record managing website content and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English; native speaker preferred.
• Experience in an international or cross‑border environment is a plus.
• Excellent project management, attention to detail and stakeholder communication abilities.
