About the role

Join the team at Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort as a Guest Service Agent, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and ensure every stay begins and ends with a warm, professional experience. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, providing personalized service and supporting guests throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly reception and manage smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders via in‑person, phone, and email channels.
• Process reservations, updates, and special requests accurately using the property management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the stay, offering assistance, resolving issues, and providing local recommendations.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance that reflects the resort’s standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality service in a hotel, hospitality, or customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve problems efficiently.
• Professional presentation and commitment to a dynamic work environment.

Required skills

• Property Management System (PMS) proficiency.

What we offer

• Full‑time position (30 hours per week) with rotating roster across Monday‑Sunday.
• Shift times between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.
