Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Huski is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing engine and drive global e‑commerce sales. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to scale paid and organic channels for a fast‑growing, award‑winning drinkware brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise a performance marketing engine across Meta, TikTok, Google and organic SEO/AIO.
• Oversee the performance, development and continuous optimisation of Huski’s Shopify Plus websites.
• Support the direct‑to‑consumer lifecycle marketing programme using Klaviyo.
• Leverage AI tools to increase output and productivity across all digital channels.
• Analyse data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
• Manage, coach and develop a high‑performing digital marketing team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Advanced hands‑on experience managing Meta, TikTok and Google ad campaigns.
• Significant experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus a plus).
• In‑depth knowledge of SEO, AIO, Google Analytics and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with high attention to detail.
• University degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
