Growth Lead

About the role
Storbie is seeking a hands‑on Growth Lead to own the end‑to‑end sales cycle and drive pipeline growth across the US, New Zealand and Australia. Reporting to the COO, you will shape the growth strategy, nurture opportunities and close deals while exploring AI‑driven efficiencies.
Key responsibilities
- Generate outbound sales activity, prospecting and leveraging external networks to build pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and identify new distribution opportunities.
- Lead the US reseller team, coordinate follow‑up actions and collaborate with marketing for content.
- Conduct demos, nurture enquiries and move deals through to closure.
- Analyse performance, identify process improvements and implement AI tools to reduce admin.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and customer‑success teams to align growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable rolling up sleeves.
- Proven ability to generate demand, nurture opportunities and close sales.
- Resilient, tenacious and able to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones.
Required skills
