Group Fitness Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead Sprint, Spin and Pump classes for our community. You will deliver dynamic sessions that cater to a wide range of fitness levels, create an energising atmosphere, ensure safe technique and motivate participants to progress and return.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured Les Mills Sprint, Strength Development and Les Mills Express classes.
• Coach participants using clear technique cues and performance guidance.
• Create an engaging, high‑energy class environment.
• Adapt intensity to suit different fitness levels.
• Ensure safe setup and correct technique throughout each session.
• Enhance participants’ performance and overall experience.

Required profile

• Passionate about group fitness and confident leading high‑energy sessions.
• Understanding of endurance training, interval work and proper technique.
• Willingness to obtain or already hold a Les Mills Instructor certification.
• Open to teaching even a single class type.

Required skills

• Les Mills Sprint program knowledge.
• Les Mills Strength Development program knowledge.
• Les Mills Express program knowledge.
• Les Mills Instructor certification (or willingness to achieve it).
