About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Group Finance Shared Services Manager to lead and strengthen our Finance Shared Services function across the group. The role is based in Christchurch Central and operates in a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

Lead Finance Shared Services across KMD Brands’ global outdoor brand group.
Oversee payroll, accounts payable, revenue accounting, controls and finance compliance.
Drive process improvement, team capability and strong service delivery.
