About the role
We are looking for a motivated Grounds Person to join our team in Papakura. The role involves working outdoors to create and maintain inviting spaces for staff and visitors. You will be part of a supportive team that values training and personal development. The position is full‑time and based on‑site at our Papakura facility.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain outdoor areas, ensuring they are clean, safe and visually appealing.
- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming and basic garden upkeep.
- Assist with special projects that enhance the overall environment.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and stored properly after use.
- Participate in training sessions and adopt best practices for grounds care.
