Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented, detail‑driven Graphic Designer to join our Auckland‑based creative team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will own the visual development of new consumer brands from concept to shelf, working across categories such as matcha tea, pet products, beauty tech and sexual wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute brand‑aligned visuals for packaging, digital content and product marketing for active launches.
• Create product mock‑ups, renders and launch visuals for global retail partners and campaigns.
• Develop print‑ready artwork, managing colour profiles, bleeds, dielines and ensuring compliance with global retail production standards.
• Evolve the company’s visual identity to stay trend‑forward, category‑relevant and feminine.
• Contribute to new brand development, from naming and identity concepting through to launch‑ready assets.
• Participate in NPD brainstorming, using AI‑assisted tools to accelerate ideation and explore concept directions.
• Maintain brand consistency across packaging, digital and retail environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience with a strong focus on packaging.
• Solid pre‑press knowledge, including colour profiles, bleed, dielines and print production.
• Versatile visual instincts across layout, typography, colour and composition.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
