Graduate Programme – Private Advisory (Napier)

About the role

Join the PwC Private team in Napier as a Graduate starting February 2027. You will work alongside experienced business advisers, supporting a diverse range of clients from family‑owned businesses to fast‑growing startups. The role provides exposure to compliance, advisory, financial analysis and the use of data, automation and AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior advisers to deliver finance, tax and business performance solutions.
• Conduct financial analysis, support growth initiatives and assist with accounting and tax compliance.
• Participate in finance technology projects and business transaction work.
• Utilise data, automation and AI tools to generate insights for clients.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate.
• Available to commence the programme in February 2027.
• Willing to work on‑site in Napier.
• Interest in finance, advisory services and emerging technology.
