About the role

PwC is seeking recent graduates to join its Private Advisory team in Wellington. You will work alongside experienced business advisers, supporting a diverse portfolio of family‑owned businesses, fast‑growing startups, and well‑known New Zealand brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with financial analysis, business performance improvement and growth initiatives.
• Support accounting, tax compliance and finance‑technology projects.
• Contribute to business transaction work and advisory services.
• Utilise data, automation and AI‑enabled tools to generate insights and improve decision‑making.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in solving real business challenges.
• Willingness to learn and develop commercial judgement under senior guidance.
