Graduate Program – Teach English in China (Entry‑Level)

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. You will work with young learners aged 3–16, delivering engaging lessons using the company’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children and early teens in a classroom setting.
• Deliver high‑energy, interactive lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve confidence and proficiency.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
