Global PR Manager

About the role

Vessev is building electric hydrofoiling vessels that aim to transform marine transport. We are seeking a driven Global PR Manager to design and execute our worldwide public‑relations strategy, generate earned media coverage, and help shape the narrative for this emerging category.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the global PR strategy (excluding US top‑tier and investor media).
• Identify and pitch podcast appearances, YouTube collaborations and other earned‑content opportunities.
• Proactively pitch stories, spot timely hooks and place Vessev in design, transport, climate, technology and business conversations.
• Build and maintain a strong network of journalists and editors worldwide.
• Seek awards, speaking slots and thought‑leadership opportunities with senior leadership.
• Write and adapt content across press releases, op‑eds, white papers, blogs and LinkedIn posts in Vessev’s brand voice.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams and leadership to translate complex ideas into clear, human‑centred stories.
• Monitor industry trends, track coverage performance and iterate on tactics based on results.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with a curiosity for new technologies and sustainability.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Experience working across both B2B and B2C audiences is a plus.
