Global FMCG Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Global FMCG Business Development Manager to lead our international retail relationships. Based in Parnell, Auckland, you will travel worldwide to meet buyers, launch new fast‑moving consumer goods brands and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with major global retailers.
• Travel internationally to conduct buyer meetings and negotiate listings.
• Launch and scale fast‑growing FMCG brands across multiple markets.
• Identify and secure new retail opportunities to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product readiness and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing global FMCG retail accounts.
• Strong track record of securing new listings and expanding brand presence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
