Geophysicist - AI Trainer

About the role

DataAnnotation is looking for quantitative experts to work as AI Trainers. You will evaluate and improve AI‑generated quantitative analyses, helping the models reason accurately about data, forecasts, and scientific problems. The position is fully remote and allows you to set your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated statistical analyses, predictive models, and scientific reasoning for technical accuracy and real‑world validity.
• Design and solve quantitative problems used to train and benchmark AI systems, covering forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
• Write clear technical explanations and well‑documented analytical code.
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of quantitative AI models.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a quantitative role such as data science, statistics, economics, physics, biology, or related research.
• Comfortable writing and reviewing end‑to‑end analytical code.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
