About the role

We are seeking passionate General Practitioners, Family Physicians and Urgent Care Practitioners to join The Doctors Medical Centres, New Zealand’s largest GP network. You will work in modern medical centres across the country, delivering primary and urgent care to diverse communities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality primary and urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary practice teams ranging from 5 to 50+ staff.
• Adapt to varied patient demographics and practice sizes.
• Support the growth and development of the medical centre, including potential leadership duties.

Required profile

• Qualified medical doctor with registration to practice as a GP or urgent‑care clinician.
• Willingness to relocate within New Zealand or work on a locum basis.
• Interest in joining a busy, expanding network and contributing to team culture.
• Open to both immediate start and future start dates.
