Salary

• Local Candidates: NZD 180,000–250,000 per annum

• International / Offshore Candidates: NZD 180,000–250,000 per annum

Registration Requirements

• Relevant Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) registration and scope of practice.

• International candidates must be eligible for the applicable MCNZ registration pathway.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients.

• Conduct consultations, examinations and clinical assessments.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Develop and monitor appropriate treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications and provide preventive healthcare advice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

• Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare professionals where required.

• Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists and other members of the healthcare team.

• Provide patient-centred care and maintain professional clinical standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Recognised medical qualification.

• Relevant General Practitioner (GP) experience.

• MCNZ registration or eligibility.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• English-language requirements as applicable.
