General Practitioner (GP) – Bay of Plenty

About the role

The Doctors Total Health is seeking an enthusiastic General Practitioner to join a friendly, supportive team in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. This permanent, part‑time role offers 24‑32 hours per week in a purpose‑built clinic close to Ohope Beach and the local hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality individual and family health care to the community.
• Support all levels of training, including medical students and GP registrars.
• Perform minor surgical procedures where skilled.
• Collaborate with practice nurses, administration staff, and the Practice Manager.
• Maintain strong patient‑provider relationships.

Required profile

• Sound clinical and service skills with excellent communication.
• Registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
• Legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Willingness to work 24‑32 hours per week and engage in teaching activities.
