About the role

Required profile

• Extensive background in civil roading, maintenance and construction.
• Proven senior leadership or operations experience.
• Strong track record in project delivery, estimating and margin improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to win work and develop client partnerships.
• Practical, hands‑on industry experience with solid financial acumen.
• Clear, confident communication and proven people‑leadership skills.
