About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Receptionist/Administrator to join our Clevedon office. The role combines front‑desk duties with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and callers while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, answer and route telephone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, typing correspondence, scheduling appointments and maintaining filing systems.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers and staff, supporting high‑level customer service standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a reception or front‑desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy when typing and handling documents.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and adhering to equal‑opportunity principles.
