Full-Stack Senior Developer

About the role

Instant Finance is seeking an experienced Full‑Stack Senior Developer to join its IT team. You will design, build, and maintain software solutions that support our personal‑loan platform, with a strong emphasis on front‑end development and enhancement of Microsoft‑based systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance applications using agreed SDLC processes.
• Translate business and technical requirements into functional solutions.
• Deploy software through established change‑control and DevOps pipelines.
• Provide ongoing support, defect resolution, and implement small change requests.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training material.
• Participate in QA, testing, and training activities, including automated testing with Playwright.
• Support and improve CI/CD and automated build processes.
• Act as a technical liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and external providers.
• Provide technical leadership for front‑end development when required.

Required profile

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, Azure, and SQL Server.
• Front‑end experience with Vue.js, Angular.js and/or Umbraco integration.
• Exposure to ASP.NET, Blazor and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing and Agile development practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work semi‑autonomously and manage delivery from design to deployment.
• Fintech or regulated‑environment experience is a plus.
