Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

The Lever Room is building software that turns complex environmental data into trusted decisions. We are looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to design, develop, and ship product features that empower our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build customer‑facing web experiences in React and TypeScript that simplify complex data.
• Own features end‑to‑end across the frontend, backend APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop data‑heavy, model‑driven workflows with a focus on reliability, traceability, and performance.
• Partner with product and design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into clear user flows and UI.
• Strengthen engineering foundations through testing, documentation, maintainability, and release discipline.
• Improve deployment confidence with lightweight CI/CD pipelines and sensible checks.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate velocity while maintaining quality and security.
• Create internal tooling that reduces manual effort and risk.

Required profile

• Enjoys owning problems end‑to‑end, not just implementing tickets.
• Learns and adapts quickly, using modern AI tools with good judgment.
• Prioritises security and engineering hygiene.
• Comfortable building across frontend, backend APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript product development.
• Proficient in Azure or another major cloud (AWS, GCP) and eager to learn fast.
• Has shipped real, production‑grade products and understands reliability trade‑offs.
• Can turn rough direction into working software quickly.
• Thrives in environments where requirements evolve.
• Balances speed and polish with sound judgment.
