Front of House Team Member

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our Kiwi‑Italian gastropub in Sylvia Park. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, efficient service that creates memorable dining experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, take food and drink orders and serve them promptly.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Assist with bar service after completing training.
- Handle multiple tables simultaneously while working under pressure.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Energetic, outgoing and enjoys interacting with people.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods.
- Customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
